Step 1: From the Page section, choose the page you want to add a link to its content to open the editor.
Step 2: Once your page content is ready, highlight the text that you want to turn into a hyperlink, then click the Insert link button in the toolbar.
Then, enter the URL you wish to link to in the Link to field. You can also provide a Link title, which will help users understand where the link leads and can also boost your page’s SEO.
Click Insert link to apply it to your text.
Step 3: Click Save to make your new link active.
How to Publish Web Pages in Bulk
When launching new content or making significant changes, publishing web pages in bulk is a powerful way to save time and ensure a seamless experience for your visitors.
Step 1: From your Shopify admin, go to Pages and check the boxes next to the titles of the pages you want to publish in bulk. You can select as many pages as needed.
Step 2: From the Actions drop-down menu located above the list of page titles, select Make selected pages visible. This action will instantly publish all the pages you’ve chosen.
Step 3: Once your pages are published, you can add links to these pages in your store’s navigation menu, making them easily accessible to your customers.
How to Unpublish Web Pages in Bulk
Just as you have the ability to publish web pages in bulk, Shopify also allows you to unpublish pages that are no longer relevant or suitable for your store.
Step 1: Select the pages to unpublish by checking the boxes next to the titles of the pages you wish to remove from public view.
Step 2: From the Actions drop-down menu located above the list of page titles, Unpublish selected pages. This will immediately unpublish the chosen pages.
Step 3: After unpublishing the pages, remove any links that point to them within your store’s navigation or other content areas. This ensures that customers won’t encounter broken links.
How To Delete A Webpage on Your Shopify Store
Building a well-structured website takes effort, but when it comes to removing content that’s no longer needed, Shopify makes it as simple as pie.
Step 1: Select the title of the page you wish to remove.
Step 2: Click Delete page.
Keep in mind that if the page you’re deleting is linked to your store’s navigation menu, the corresponding menu item will also be removed.
