Step 1: Go to Store > Settings

After you get access to your account in the Shopify app, go to the Store section and continue by tapping Settings.

Inside the Settings page, you can see a section called App settings. Take a look below the section, there is a button named Notifications, hit that button to continue.

Under the Push notifications section, tap on the Orders and Timeline mentions togged button in order to enable the push notifications. Remember that the button must look like the picture below.

This step is optional, you can choose to enable the Badge icon or not. However, to turn that Badge icon on, tap on the Orders button in the Badge app icon section.

  • Step 2: Go to Notifications

  • Step 3: Turn on the Orders notifications

In the Notifications screen, tap the Orders button to turn on the alert.

  • Step 4: Saving

Hit the check mark at the top of the phone screen to save the change and return to the Settings page.
